Agnieszka is a lawyer and a Polish and European patent attorney specialising in trademark, industrial design law and competition law. She runs an agency practice as part of partner company, WTS Rzecznicy Patentowi, which she co-founded.

Between 2001 and 2005, she participated in Ph.D. classes at the Institute of Law Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences. As part of the study, she received a scholarship of the Max-Planck Foundation and in 2003 she completed a half-year research scholarship in the Max-Planck Institute in Munich, which focused on the intellectual property law and tax law. She is a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and a member of the European Communities Trademark Association. Agnieszka possesses extensive experience in representing clients in proceedings related to trademarks and industrial design, including administrative proceedings and disputes before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and EUIPO and in court proceedings before Polish administrative courts. As a counsellor, she participates in civil and economic cases related to the infringement of exclusive rights and activities contradictory with the principles of fair competition.
